Qualifying Entries & Refunds
You'll need to choose at least two different players, on at least two different teams for your entry to qualify.
For pregame entries, if one of your players is a late-scratch, you'll see that selection refunded.
For in-play entries, if one of your players subs out before the entry begins, you'll see that selection refunded.
If you place a pregame entry after the scheduled start time of a game, that selection will automatically be refunded.
What happens to my entry if one of the selections is voided?
We remove the voided selection from the entry. The entry remains valid if it still has at least one player from two different teams - we grade it based on the remaining selections. If the voided selection causes the entry to be invalid, the entry as a whole will be refunded.
Example: You make a 3-selection entry that features a Yankee, a Cowboy, and a Warrior. The Cowboy selection is voided. In this case, we would grade the entry as a 2-selection entry, featuring the Yankee and the Warrior.
Example: You make a 4-selection entry that features a Yankee, a Cowboy, and two Warriors. The Yankee and the Cowboy selection are voided. In this case, the entry as a whole will be refunded, because the remaining entry would feature just two Warriors and no players from other teams, making it an invalid entry.
What happens if my entry includes a selection from a game that got postponed?
If a game has not started and gets rescheduled to a time three hours or more from the original scheduled start time, selections from that game will be voided.
If a game does not start start prior to 3 AM in the relevant timezone at the venue on the day after the original scheduled start time, selections on that game are voided.
All selections from a game that starts, but later gets postponed 24 hours or more will have all impacted selections voided.
All selections from a game that starts, but is later suspended less than 24 hours from the original start time of the game will remain active and scored appropriately at the conclusion of the game.
What is the difference between a postponed and a suspended game?
A postponed game is moved to another date and restarts at the top of the 1st inning. A suspended game is moved to an alternate date and restarts at the point where it was stopped.
What happens if I chose a player who's game got delayed for CSGO?
If a CSGO game gets delayed less than 24 hours, your selection will remain active. If the game gets delayed 24 hours or more, this selection will void.
Can I place selections on both sides of the same market? For example, can I create an entry using Joe Burrow over passing yards and then create a new entry using his under passing yards?
No you are not able to do this on HotStreak. You are only allowed to place entries on one side of the market.
What do I do when there is an error with one of my entries?
If you think there is an error with your entry, please take a screenshot of your entry and pass it along to our support team. It would be helpful if you also include a screenshot from the official box score of the game so we can get the error resolved as quickly as possible.
What’s the time limit for fixing an entry?
We will correct all stat corrections within 72 hours of the original start time of the game, but after that, all entries will remain finalized.
