If you see this message, it means you've had too many failed deposit attempts in a short period. This is a temporary cooldown to protect your account and prevent repeated charges to your card.
What to do:
Wait a bit β the cooldown resets automatically. You don't need to contact us.
Before trying again, double-check that your card details are correct and that your bank isn't blocking the transaction. Some banks flag transactions to gaming or DFS platforms β calling your bank and letting them know you're authorizing it usually fixes this.
If your card keeps getting declined after the cooldown, try a different payment method.
Why does this happen?
Every failed attempt creates a temporary authorization hold on your bank's side (even though we don't charge you). Too many of these in a row can cause issues with both your bank and our payment processor. The cooldown prevents that from snowballing.
