Some funds in your Bankroll Wallet need to be played through once before they can be withdrawn. Here's how it works:
What requires a 1x playthrough
HotStreak Credits — funds from debit or credit card deposits
HotStreak Bonus Tokens — promotional funds (deposit matches, contests, loyalty rewards, etc.)
What does NOT require a playthrough
Cash — fully unlocked. Cash App deposits, bank/ACH deposits, and HotStreak winnings all land as Cash and can be withdrawn immediately.
Solana tokens — these sit in your wallet and can be sent or sold at any time.
What "1x playthrough" actually means
You need to use the funds to place entries on HotStreak. Once those entries settle (win or lose), any remaining balance plus any winnings become fully withdrawable as Cash. You only need to play through the amount once — you don't need to win.
Why is this required?
For card deposits, this isn't a HotStreak rule — it's a banking partner requirement. Our banking partners require that card-funded deposits enter the platform as closed-loop credits (the HotStreak Credits balance) and be played through once before they can be withdrawn as cash. This is industry standard for daily fantasy sports.
For Bonus Tokens, the playthrough exists because they're promotional funds we've issued to you — the playthrough ensures the promo is used for gameplay rather than withdrawn directly.
