We process withdrawals every business day. Once we process a withdrawal it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to reflect this in your account. We have no control over banks and in certain circumstances (i.e. your bank is slow, it’s a weekend, bank holidays, etc.) withdrawals can take up to 1-3 business days.
How can I check on the status of my withdrawal request?
Go to the wallet section of your HotStreak account and you will see your withdrawal request. If it says "requested" that means our team received your request and we will review it within 24 business hours. If it says "initiated", that means we have successfully processed your withdrawal request and you will receive the funds within 1-3 business days.
If there are any issues with your withdrawal request, the support team will reach out to the email that is associated with your HotStreak account.
