Misrepresentation: Misleading or deceiving potential referees about the nature of the referral, the benefits, or HotStreak's services and products is not allowed.
Spamming: Sending unsolicited referral invitations via email, social media, or other communication channels is forbidden.
Incentivization: Offering additional, unauthorized incentives to potential referees to use a referral code is not permitted.
Interfering with Referral Tracking: Manipulating referral tracking systems, including the use of bots, scripts, or automated systems, is strictly prohibited.
Exploiting Vulnerabilities: Exploiting any technical or policy vulnerabilities in the referral program for personal gain is not allowed.
Harassment or Coercion: Engaging in harassment, coercion, or use of aggressive tactics to gain referrals is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in any fraudulent activities or transactions to gain referral bonuses.
Non-Compliance with Laws: Violating any local, state, or federal laws or regulations in the pursuit of gaining referrals.
3. Compliance: Users must adhere to this policy in its entirety. Violations may result in the forfeiture of referral bonuses and/or termination of the user's account.
