Regulations on fantasy sports contests vary from state to state, and in some states, offering fantasy competitions like HotStreak is not permitted. As a result, we’re only able to offer HotStreak fantasy contests in the following states:

Please Note: you have to be 18 years or older to play HotStreak. In addition, you have to be 19+ to play in Nebraska.

For all other states, the law is either ambiguous or the regulations are burdensome enough that we’re not going to be offering HotStreak in them at launch. We'll evaluate the licensing requirements for each state one-by-one, and our goal is to eventually be operating in as many states as possible.
